On behalf of the Low Carbon Construct Forum (LCCF), Er Kulkarni delivered a lecture on the topic “Race to Net Zero: Role of Cement & Concrete Sectors” at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IITB) on September 23rd, 2024. The lecture was organized as a part of the Concrete Day celebration by the Student Chapter of the Indian Concrete Institute at IITB.
Er Kulkarni delivered the lecture in two parts. The first part of the presentation was on “Climate Change and the Indian Scenario” and the second part covered a case study on the “comparative evaluation of embodied carbon from a high-rise building”.
The lecture was attended by a large number of students as well as some of the office bearers of Indian Concrete Institute and Professors from IITB.
